Sean A. Clemmensen

Sean co-founded the firm in 2014. He is an accomplished real estate, corporate and title lawyer with a diverse client base representing real estate brokers and agents, financial institutions, private investors, lenders, real estate developers and multi-family housing developers in both residential and commercial transactions. His experience includes litigation and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, and lease agreements. Sean's experience also includes examining and performing due diligence on property title issues and performing closings for commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Additionally, Sean represents individuals and businesses seeking to obtain capital for corporate and real property transactions. He represents medical office, hotel, condominium, commercial and residential developers, buyers and sellers. His lender representation includes both commercial and residential loan workouts and the financing of real estate acquisition and construction, which includes the preparation of loan documents for a transaction.
