Jonathan co-founded the firm in 2014. He is an experienced real estate and title lawyer. Jonathan represents real estate developers, private investors, entrepreneurs, and public and private financial institutions. Jonathan’s practice is focused on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, operation, and leasing of various property assets including multi-tenant properties, mixed-use and retail developments, office buildings, hospitality projects, condominiums, industrial centers, multifamily properties, and other general commercial and residential real estate properties.

His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, lease agreements, and corporate operating agreements. Jonathan’s experience also includes examining and performing due diligence on property title issues, performing closings for commercial and residential real estate transactions, and general corporate representation, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and the drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements.
